The service

Publisher Rescue — Inventory every .pub file on your computer in your browser, triage what to convert before access ends, and get the batch tools to save them all as PDFs. We work hard to make it reliable, and it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a software tool, not professional (legal, financial, or safety) advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our systems, or resell it without written permission. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

Payments and refunds

Paid features are billed as shown at purchase. Change your mind for any reason within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full — no form, no questions. If something you paid for doesn't work as described, tell us any time and we will put it right or refund you. To ask for either, email support@avyth.com. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avyth LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
